At the CMS in Berlin, haid-tec geprüfte Oberflächentechnik GmbH introduced their MelaminPlusPads OE for orbital / excentric machines to the specialist audience for the first time. “Even before the current major trend dealing with cleaning technology with orbital machines, we already began developing the appropriate MelaminPlusPads. A big challenge was to transfer the extremely high, oscillating forces of the machine optimally to the MelaminPlusPad^® and therefore to the cleaning surface. The focus was to avoid fraying the back material, debonding the adhesive connection and damaging the adapter plate and flooring,” according to managing director Thomas Haid-Thoma.

In combination with the new MelaminPlusPads OE the high efficiency of the oscillating orbital/eccentric machines can now be combined with the outstanding cleaning performance of the melamine resin foam. “We only use high-quality melamine resin foam from Germany for this. Due to its open-pore structure, it is much finer than conventional microfiber and can effectively remove any dirt. Furthermore, we achieve high service life thanks to the finishing and grouting. Practical tests from premium customers and partners confirm this,“, according to Thomas Haid-Thoma.

The MelaminPlusPad OE can now be ordered at haid-tec in all standard sizes. Custom sizes are available on request.
