haid-tec introduces their new cleaning concept for elastic flooring at the CMS in Berlin.

The haid-tec geprüfte Oberflächentechnik GmbH previously only developed cleaning concepts with a focus on mineral surfaces and flooring, such as fine stoneware or natural stone. These cleaning concepts have been successfully implemented for many years at countless, large retail chains throughout the country.

As part of a ZIM cooperation project for the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, in cooperation with the wfk – Cleaning Technology Institute e.V. in Krefeld, the haid-tec MelaminPlusPads were also comprehensively tested for use on elastic flooring.

There was a focus on the need for high dirt removal with simultaneously long service life.

During these tests, different mixtures of the MelaminPlusPads were used on different elastic flooring, such as linoleum, rubber and vinyl. They were initially tested in a series of laboratory tests and then examined using practical tests.

The results ultimately delivered the starting point for the creation of a new cleaning concept that can now be applied to the basic and maintenance cleaning of elastic flooring. The certification of the cleaning concept is currently being worked on and emphasizes haid-tec’s commitment to quality.

From September 24-27, 2019, at booth 212 in Hall 1.2 at the CMS in Berlin, the trade fair for cleaning technology, floor care, hygiene, health protection and facility management, haid-tec will introduce their new cleaning concept to the industry visitors.
